Refund and Returns Policy
You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Custom-made and special order items cannot be canceled or returned. Discontinued and sale items are also ineligible for returns.
All returns must include original packaging. Missing parts or manuals may result in a partial refund. The final credit from a return will be determined once the returned product has been inspected.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products back to Akma Services Inc using their preferred carrier. Akma Services Inc is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit to our facilities.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the completion of the return. Final credit or refund details will follow, and any refund will be issued on the original payment method or as a credit to your account for future purchases. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement.
Akma Services Inc reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any updates to this policy will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of the revised policy.
